The best real estate agent with the best team! I listed my Calgary house 2nd time with the help of Shaukat Hayat. The first time when I used a different real estate agent to list my house, I did not had much showings because the real estate agent was not investing any time into it. When I listed with Shaukat. I got 12 plus showings. But because of the bad real estate market I was not even getting the price I bought this house for. Even at that price i was at loss of $15,000. Hence me and my wife decided to rent it instead. But Shaukat Hayat have been very professional, clear, understanding, transparent, available to take calls and hard working to try to sell our house. His fees are at professional standards not above it, like few other remaxs charges. Everything can be sold at the right price, but sadly in today’s market that price is going to lead to a lot of loss to me. Whenever I will have to buy or sell any property again I’ll definitely use Shaukat Hayat.
